Window installation moves up on the Dundas Square Gardens condominiums on Dundas Street East in Toronto.

Developer The Gupta Group along with Easton’s Group and construction manager SKYGRiD Construction Inc. are building the 50-storey tower with approximately 1000 units and four levels of underground parking. The tower will also have a fitness centre and yoga room, an outdoor pool, a lounge and bar area, a barbecue area, multiple terraces, a library with study spaces, meeting spaces, guest suites and retail at grade. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical); and Studio Munge (interior design).
