Structural steel is now underway on a new office at 360 Oakville Place in Oakville, Ont.

The owner of the six-storey building with 140,000-square-foot GFA and one level of underground parking is Hood Development Corporation and the construction manager is Cooper Construction. The project has been designed to meet LEED Gold certification and the architect is B + H Architects. Consultants are Thornton Tomasetti (structural), eLumen International (lighting), RDZ Engineering (mechanical); Ecovert and Trafalgar Engineering (civil). Subtrades include D’Orazio Group, Blvd. Formwork, Telco Steelworks and DD Mac Electric.
