Facade work continues to cover up the condominium project 1 Yorkville in Toronto.

Bazis International and Plazacorp are the developers and TMG Builders is the construction manager. The project includes one 58-storey tower with 577 suites, five levels of underground parking, multiple pools, a fitness studio, a lounge, a games room, a rooftop deck and retail on the ground floor. The project was designed by R. Varacalli Architect Inc. and NAK Design Group is the landscape architect. Subtrades include: Heritage Restoration; Verdi Alliance (formwork); CBM (concrete supply); Venice Construction Inc. (masonry); Skyrise Drywall; Mayfair Electric; Cooltech (HVAC); Primo Mechanical; Roman Metals; and Toro Aluminum (windows).
