Facade work progresses on the Unionville Gardens condo and townhome project at Hwy 7 and Village Parkway in Markham, Ont.
The developer is Wyview Group and the construction manager is Tucker HiRise. The work includes two eight-storey buildings with over 450 units connected by an amenities area with guest suites, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre, yoga studio, library, lounge, games room, rooftop terrace and Tai-Chi garden. The development will also have 72 townhomes. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects + Planners and consultants are II BY IV DESIGN (interior design), KLM Planning Partners Inc. and SBK Landscape Architecture.
