OTTAWA — ClubLink, Minto Communities and Richcraft Homes have announced they have submitted a formal application to the City of Ottawa to redevelop the Kanata Golf and Country Club lands into a new subdivision.
The 70-hectare community would include a mix of housing types consistent with the surrounding neighbourhoods, new parkland and pathways throughout the community, stated an Oct. 8 release. The developers said they will work with the City and local residents through the development application review process.
