TORONTO — Lanterra Developments has announced it will begin construction of its 41-storey condo tower at 50 Scollard St. in the Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto this fall.
The luxury project was launched in the summer of 2018 and sales have reached 50 per cent, stated a Sept. 25 release. Design is by Foster + Partners, led by Norman Foster, and interiors are by Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge.
The project, known as 50 Scollard, will feature 77 units averaging 2,500 to 3,000 square feet in size, each with elevators opening directly at the door.
Amenities are being coordinated by Forest Hill Group and will include a chauffeured house car service for resident use, car wash facility, pet spa, valet parking and stocked wine lounge.
Absolutely Impressive….and yet at the same time boring—The architects couldn’t have been inspired to create a unique art piece—-Seems the UAE and China still capture the essence of art in architecture….Fingers crossed on the building’s sustainability and the city’s infrastructure to support this Leviathan.
