Toronto Community Housing Corp. is the owner and the developers are Metropia and Context Developments. TMG Builders are the construction managers and the overall project includes two 15-storey towers, an eight-storey and a seven-storey building with a total of 779 units, townhomes, retail on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking. Architects for the project are KPMB Architects, IBI Group and Gluck Partnership Architects. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades for phase two include: Priestly Demolition Inc.; Michael Bros.
