Toronto Community Housing Corp. is the owner and the developers are Metropia and Context Developments. TMG Builders are the construction managers and the overall project includes two 15-storey towers, an eight-storey and a seven-storey building with a total of 779 units, townhomes, retail on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking.
