Window work is underway on the Fortune at Fort York Condominiums in Toronto.
The project by Onni Group will include one 32-storey tower atop a podium with 511 units, townhomes and four levels of underground parking. Amenities include a cafe with lounge area, landscaped outdoor courtyard with barbecues, dining area, lounge seating with fireplaces, a wellness centre — with a fitness centre, change rooms, yoga studio, steam room, sauna and relaxation tubs — a party room with chef’s kitchen, a theatre room, meeting room, outdoor bocce court and putting green, year round fenced outdoor dog walking area and guest suites. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); and M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. Subtrades include: Pro Green Demolition; GFL Environmental; and Limen Group.
