Kevric Real Estate Corporation is the owner and SKYGRiD Construction Inc. is the builder. The work includes an eight-storey loft style office with retail space, showers for occupants, an outdoor roof terrace and four levels of underground parking. The building has been designed to achieve LEED silver certification. The architect for the project is WZMH Architects and consultants are Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural), The HIDI Group (mechanical/electrical), Aquatech (civil) and Johnson Sustronk Weinstein (JSW) & Associates (landscape). Subtrades include GFL Environmental.
