Facade work is progressing on the York Condos at Warden Avenue and Enterprise Boulevard that is part of the Downtown Markham development.
The Remington Group is the owner/general contractor and the work includes one 15-storey, one 12-storey and one eight-storey tower with a total of 545 units. The project will also include 3,000 square feet of retail and indoor amenity space that will connect the two tallest towers. The architect and interior designer is Quadrangle and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast and Partners (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical and electrical); and Cosburn Giberson Consulting (landscape).
