The developers are Metropia and Shiplake Properties and the construction manager is TMG Builders. The project includes a 14-storey, 291-suite condo building with live work units and amenity space on the ground floor, and one eight-storey, 171-suite rental building containing indoor/outdoor amenity space and underground parking. The project was designed by GH3 Architects. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical) and Isherwood Associates (civil). Subtrades include: Paramount Forming; Lisi Mechanical; OZZ Electrical; Bellwood HVAC; Orin; Dural Floor Leveling; MHS; Penegal Carpentry; Cartier Kitchens; Royal Laser Kitchens; F&M Caulking; Natexs Sheet Metal; Newmar Windows; Quest Windows; Foremont Drywall; Royal Guard Industries; and Reliable Painters.
