Construction is moving up on the Home Power + Adelaide condos on Power Street in Toronto.
The developers are Hullmark/Great Gulf Homes and the builder is Tucker HiRise Construction. The project includes one 22-storey tower with over 500 suites, over three levels of underground parking and a podium with retail. Amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, pet spa, outdoor pool and steam rooms, a meeting room and lounge, event room with caterer’s kitchen, community garden, outdoor grills and fireplace. The project was designed by Core Architects. The interior design is by TACT Architecture and the landscape architect is Ferris + Associates Inc. Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical).
