Construction is moving up on the Liberty Market Tower in Toronto.
The developer/owner and construction manager is Lifetime Developments and the work includes one 28-storey tower with 281 suites, an eight-storey podium, office space, retail on the ground floor and three levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a fitness centre, games room, private dining lounge, freight lounge, conference room, loft area, think tank room and barbecue terrace. The project was designed by Wallman Architects and the interior designer is Cecconi Simone. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural), and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical).
