PHOTO: Making the Mirabella

Construction progresses on the Mirabella Condominiums in Toronto.

The developer is Diamante Development Corp. and the project is being built by PCL Constructors Canada Inc. The work includes two 38-storey towers with a total of 748 suites connected by a five-storey podium and three levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a business centre, an exercise room and yoga studio, a party room, a dining room, children’s playroom, a library, an indoor pool and outdoor pool with a terrace, guest suites and ground floor retail. The project was designed by Scott Shields Architects. The landscape architect is Ferris + Associates Inc. and the interior design is by Urban Parallel Interior Design Inc.
