Rebar work continues for new mid-rise, mixed-use residential development at 3385 Dundas St. W. in Toronto.
The owner is Habitat For Humanity — Toronto and Terra Firma Homes Corp. is the developer. SKYGRiD Construction Inc. is the general contractor and the project includes one seven storey building with 131 rental units, including eight “Habitat Units” secured through Habitat for Humanity’s joint affordable housing ownership initiative with the City of Toronto for low-income families. The ground floor will contain retail space. The project was designed by Tregebov Cogan (TC) Architect and the Landscape Architect is Site/C Landscape Architecture Inc. Consultants are CSC Group Ltd. (structural) and ABS Group (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include Dolente (site services), Ironstone (forming), Marli Mechanical and Zerem Electric.
