Facade work is moving up at the Panda Condominiums where the World’s Biggest Book store once stood in Toronto.
The owner/developer is Lifetime Developments and the work includes one 30-storey tower with 555 suites and a three-storey podium with commercial/retail space on the first two floors and below grade with office space on the third floor and four levels of underground parking. The amenities include a gym and yoga studio, a party room and kitchen, a lounge, a theatre, study and meeting rooms, an outdoor sports court, and an outdoor lounge and barbecues. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. and the interior design is by Cecconi Simone Inc.
