Construction is moving skywards at the Lonsdale Residence apartment building at Lonsdale and Avenue roads in Toronto.
Owner Preston Group Inc. along with DBS Developments are constructing the 20-storey residential building with 177 units and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects and consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical), Valdor Engineering Inc. (civil) and Wise Nadel Design (interior).
