Balcony work is wrapping around the Kingsway By The River Community in Toronto.

The owner is Urban Capital and the construction manager for the multi-phase project is Bluescape Construction Management. The work includes a 21-storey, 197-suite tower and one eight-storey building with 137 lofts and retail. There will also be 80 townhomes and a gateway to a new 17,000-square-foot public park. The amenities will include a lounge, an outdoor terrace overlooking the Humber River Valley, a fully equipped fitness centre, a multipurpose party room, outdoor sundeck with lounge areas and barbecue station, a private dining room with service kitchen, a lounge with multiple sitting areas, a bar and a landscaped terrace. The project was designed by Wallman Architects Ltd. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Cole Engineering Group Ltd. (civil); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical and electrical); Patton Design Studio (interior design); and Ferris + Associates Inc. (landscape). Subtrades include CBM (concrete).
