The DCN Drone Zone is back in flight, this time taking to the skies along St. Clair Avenue in Toronto. In this video we showcase two sites, the Eight Forty on St. Clair condos and the St. Clair Village Condos. We hope you enjoy the view.
Eight Forty
Located on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto, the Eight Forty on St. Clair condos project includes one nine-storey, 116-suite building with two levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. Amenities will include an indoor party room and an outdoor lounge.

St. Clair Village Condos
From high above the DCN Drone Zone showcases excavation work at the St. Clair Village Condos project, also located on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The work includes one 12-storey, 122-suite mid-rise building containing a wine and co-working lounge with retail at grade. The amenities will include a fitness centre, an indoor/outdoor multipurpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace. Completion has been scheduled for late 2021.
