Curtain wall glazing installation at the Scotiabank North Tower at Bay Adelaide Centre reflects in the East West towers in Toronto.

Brookfield Properties is the owner and Multiplex Construction Canada the construction manager. The work includes one 32-storey office tower with the first nine-storeys wider to create a podium for a 10th level terrace. The new building’s elevator core will extend into much of the former food court area, while the PATH system will still connect the new tower to the other buildings below ground with shops, restaurants, and the TTC subway and GO rail systems. The project is designed for LEED Platinum Core and Shell environmental certification and the architects are KPMB Architects and Adamson Associates (building design). Consultants are Enwave Energy Corporation (deep lake water cooling system), Entuitive (structural engineer) and Walters Group is doing the structural steel.
