MDM breaks ground on Fenelon Falls community
MDM Developments announced today it has broken ground on its Fenelon Lakes Club development in Fenelon Falls, Ont. The property is situated on Cameron Lake and consists of 66 condominiums, 10 waterfront townhomes and 10 bungaloft townhomes with amenities that include an outdoor pool and entertaining space, fitness centre, games room and fireside lounge.
Morguard foresees recovery in office leasing
The Canadian office leasing market displayed early signs of recovery in the second quarter of 2021, according to Morguard’s 2021 Canadian Economic Outlook and Market Fundamentals Second Quarter Update. Investment activity levels picked up between the beginning of April and the end of June, stated today’s release. Demand for sublease space increased for the first time in the past year, and a growing number of tenants removed sublease space from the market for their own needs.
Infrastructure announcement set for P.E.I.

Mattamy announces Florida development
Ontario-based Mattamy Homes today announced plans to open sales in late spring 2022 for a new gated community in the Mandarin community, 24 kilometres south of downtown Jacksonville, Fla. Olde Mandarin Estates in Duval County will consist of 83 homesites.
