Floors are starting to take shape on the mixed-use building at Eight Cumberland Ave. in Toronto.
The owners are Great Gulf Group of Companies/Phantom Developments and the construction manager Tucker HiRise Construction. The work includes one 51-storey, 371-suite tower with retail and five levels of underground parking. Amenities on the fourth floor include outdoor terrace with a barbecue lounge, outdoor yoga area, and pet park with spa access. The project was designed by architects-Alliance and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical) and NAK Design Strategies (landscape). Subtrades include Michael Bros. Excavating.
