Facade work is moving up on The Rush mixed-use condos in Toronto.
The owner/construction manager is The Alterra Group of Companies and the project includes one 15-storey, 125-suite tower and two levels of underground parking. There will be retail on the ground floor and amenities will include yoga area, fitness centre, party room with dining area, barbecue area, outdoor terrace and pet wash station. The project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects and consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural), IBI Group Inc. (civil), U31 (interior design) and NAK Design Group (landscape).
