Concrete work progresses at Tretti Condos on Tretti Way in Toronto.
The developer/construction manager is Collecdev and the work includes one 16-storey tower and one 13-storey tower with a total of 517 suites and three levels of shared underground parking. There will be 50 affordable ownership units and 50 affordable rental units. Both buildings will include indoor and outdoor amenity spaces including a rooftop terrace on the 13th floor and community use space at grade. The architect and the landscape architect is GH3 and the interior designer is esQape. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MCW Group (mechanical/electrical), Fabian Papa and Partners Inc. (civil) and BA Consulting Group Ltd. Subtrades include Roni Excavating.
