Concrete work continues at the Peter & Adelaide Condominiums in Toronto.
The owner/construction manager is Graywood Developments and the project includes one 47-storey, 696-suite tower with a tiered podium with retail space and four levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a co-working and recreational room, outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness studio, yoga studio, fitness centre, infra-red sauna and treatment rooms, demonstration kitchen, private dining room, party lounge, terrace, outdoor communal dining, kids zone and the 19th floor will have a rooftop pool, cabanas and a lounge deck. The project was designed by BBB Architects and consultants are: Entuitive (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); U31 Inc.(interior); and MBTW (landscape).
