A new school is being built within a new mixed-use condominium project in Toronto. The Ontario government invested $44 million to build the new Lower Yonge Precinct Elementary School. The school is being built in partnership with the Toronto District School Board and Menkes Developments and once complete will provide 455 spaces for students in the lower Yonge and waterfront neighbourhoods.
