Balcony work is progressing on the East 3220 Condos on Sheppard Avenue East in Toronto.
The project by Quadcam Development Group includes one 18-storey, 234-suite building anchored by a six-storey podium and three levels of underground parking. Amenities include a party room, meeting room, library, children’s playroom, fitness centre, guest suite and landscaped rooftop terrace. The project was designed by Burka Architects/KFA Architects and Planners (design) and the landscape architect is Cosburn Nauboris Ltd. Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (engineering) and Venneri Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical).
