The developer is Clifton Blake Group and the construction manager is Arguson Projects Inc. The project was designed by architect Studio JCI and consultants are: LMD Engineering Inc. (structural); LEA Consulting Ltd. (civil); Bousfield Inc. (planning); Reinbold Engineering Group (mechanical); Nemetz & Associates Ltd. (electrical); and Land Art Design Landscape.
