A groundbreaking ceremony took place at Bathurst Quay Common in Toronto in June marking the start of construction on the third and final phase of the revitalization of the property. The landscape designer is PFS Studio and the constructor is Somerville Construction. The sub-consultant team includes Ombrages (lighting); Moon-Matz Ltd. (electrical); Blackwell (structural engineering); WSP (civil engineering and environmental); Hanscomb (costing); and Terraprobe (geotechnical).
