Olara condos aim to provide a ‘gentle wave’ of transformation to West Palm Beach

A new condo and complex, known as Olara, is a two-building condo project that will be 26 storeys tall and feature 275 private residences and 170 rental units, along with 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. New York-based Savanna, a real estate investment and development firm, is developing the sprawling West Palm Beach, Fla. complex.
