Project Overview:
Jarlette Health Services is intending to Construct a Third Floor Addition to Royal Rose Place Long Term Care (LTC) Centre. The Existing LTC Facility is a two-storey structure with Three (3) 32 Bed Resident Home Areas. The Third Floor Addition will be built over the Existing Occupied Facility. The Floor Plate is approximately 3,054m2 (32,868sf) and consists of (2) New 32 Bed Resident Home Areas and Support Services. The Existing Facility was designed for a Future Third Floor Addition.

Preliminary Design has been approved and preparation of Construction Documents has commenced. Construction is anticipated to commence early 2020.

Contract Methodology:
This Project is to be delivered under a Construction Management Delivery Method. The successful bidder will be invited to enter into a Construction Management Contract CCDC 5B – 2010 and allow for a “Stipulated Price Option” component.
