SANITARY AND WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT IN THE H-BLOCK
ASSIGNMENTS A AND E, CITY OF BRAMPTON,
PROJECTS 17-1340 AND 17-2300
This contract encompasses the provision of all labour, materials and equipment for the supply and full installation of approximately 1,405 linear meters of various diameter Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) watermains, on Crescent Hill Drive South, Handel Court, Hayden Court, Hector Court, Hunters Cove and Huntingwood Crescent in as well as 293 linear meters of 250mm Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) solid wall sanitary sewer on Crescent Hill Drive South. The work to be done includes all appurtenances, water service connections on all streets, sanitary sewer maintenance holes and lateral replacements on Crescent Hill Drive South, rehabilitation of two existing maintenance holes on Crescent Hill Drive North, installation of new maintenance hole on Hunter’s Cove connection of proposed sanitary sewer to existing maintenance hole, removal and abandoning of existing sanitary sewer, maintenance holes and all appurtenances and restoration of all areas to match existing or better conditions. The above description is general and shall not be construed as limiting the scope of the Contract.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of $200,000, and the successful bidder must provide a bond by an approved guarantee company for 100 per cent of the total tender.
Tenders will be opened in public on closing date at 12:15 p.m. Please check with Purchasing on the first floor for location. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received by the time and date specified within the document.
