At a high-traffic location, across the street from Victoria General Hospital, the office, retail and residential development known as Eagle Creek Village is taking form in View Royal, B.C.
Omicron is providing the construction and development management as well as handling the structural, mechanical and electrical engineering and architectural design for the two-phase project. Current sub-contractors are Northridge Excavating, PML Professional Mechanical, Belltech Systems Electrical, Scansa Construction, Tycon Steel, Alliance Engineering Works, Imperial, Parker Johnston Roofing and Custom Pro Exteriors. Phase one is forecast to be complete by March 2016.
