Park Avenue West is a new 46-storey highrise with 442 condo and townhouse units under construction in Surrey, B.C.

This is the second phase, which has an outdoor pool with an entertainment kitchen, lounge, hot tub, steam room and sauna; private cabanas; a meeting room and a golf simulator. The developer is Concord Pacific and the architect is ZGF Cotter Architects Inc. and IBI Group. Consultants include: Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); SRC Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); LIV Interiors (interior design) and van der Zalm & Associates Inc. (landscape). The project is scheduled for completion in 2017.
