University District is a new highrise condo development under construction in Surrey, B.C.
The developer of the 36-storey, 310-unit building with a two-storey podium, retail and four levels underground is Bosa Properties. The general contractor is Axiom Builders Inc. and the project was designed by Rafii Architects Inc. Consultants are: Bennett Surveys Ltd.; John Bryson & Partners (structural); MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical); Nemetz (S/A) & Associates (electrical) and van der Zalm + associates inc. (landscape). Completion on the project is scheduled for 2017.
