The Independent is a $60-million, 21-storey mixed-use condominium development on Kingsway in east Vancouver.
The developer and general contractor is Rize Alliance Properties and design is by Acton Ostry Architects Inc. Engineering is by Integral Group (mechanical), Read Jones Christoffersen (structural) and Nemetz (S&A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical). Completion of the project is estimated for November 2017.
