NRC and UBC launch clean energy collaboration
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) and the University of British Columbia (UBC) have announced the new Collaboration Centre for Clean Energy Transition. NRC and key faculty members and students from the UBC Applied Science and Science faculties will work together to develop innovations in hydrogen and carbon technologies across the value chain of clean energy development including materials, systems, technologies and industrial applications.
Clark Builders to replace heritage roof on Rossdale Power Plant
Clark Builders has been awarded a contract for the Rossdale Power Plant Roof Replacement project in Edmonton. The company will replace more than 2,500 square metres of roofing on the heritage building as well as install new guardrails and maintenance access, make structural repairs and complete selected masonry restoration and window rehabilitation.
