TORONTO
CanaData 2020 gets underway in a few short days and in Part 2 of our conversation, Daily Commercial News staff writer Angela Gismondi and ConstructConnect’s chief economist Alex Carrick take a look at the speakers attending this year’s conference, which will be held online for the first time in CanaData’s history.
Speakers for the event range from economic experts to technologists and financial experts.
“I have never before experienced as interesting conversations amongst speakers as this show,” Carrick said, referring to a pe-conference discussion he had with the other participants. “Everybody was really engaged in their topic and I think I ended all three sessions saying ‘I wish we had recorded this,’ because it would have been good on its own.”
Alex also details who will benefit from attending the conference, from contractors to C-Level construction executives as well as those outside the industry and shares the various social platforms people can use to stay informed up to and during the conference.
Make sure to also view Part One of our video series with Alex where he covers going virtual, the importance of technology and the theme of this year’s conference, The Perfect Storm.
