REGINA — The City of Regina is offering grants up to $50,000 and property tax exemptions for five years for intensification and revitalization projects.
Eligible projects must be located in the city centre, heritage or north central districts, according to a news release.
The incentives will help cover costs for construction, demolition, beautification, building code compliance and other costs.
Eligible building types include residential, commercial and mixed-use.
Applications will open on Jan. 30 and close on Oct. 31, 2023.
