VANCOUVER — A 24-year-old male was killed at a North Vancouver construction site on June 5 at approximately 10:30 a.m. when he was knocked down and crushed by a dump truck while working near the vehicle, police report.
The worksite is located near Handsworth Road and Timberline Place and the man, a Vancouver resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The early stages of an investigation are underway, with assistance by the North Vancouver Serious Crime Unit, the BC Coroners Service, Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service and WorkSafeBC.
