Last week we launched the first instalment of Cracks in the Foundation: Mental Health, Substance Use and Construction, a DCN-JOC Special Series. It featured five articles with information spanning North America on the impacts of substance use in construction. It was meant to set the stage and show readers the seriousness of this crisis that plagues the industry.
