A new supportive housing apartment building is planned for Victoria B.C. The Humboldt Street Supportive Housing Project will include 44 units in the four-storey structure, which is aiming for LEED Gold certification. It was designed by Chow Low Hammond Architects Inc. and the project manager is CitySpaces Consulting Ltd. Consulting engineers on the project include Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural), Hirschfield Williams Timmins (mechanical) and Applied Engineering Solutions Ltd. (electrical). Chatwin Engineering Ltd. is another consulting engineer working on the project.
