LANDMARK PREMIER PROPERTIES - The Foster Martin project in White Rock, B.C. has a reached a milestone now that construction cranes have been removed.

WHITE ROCK, B.C. – Work on Landmark Premiere Properties’ two Foster Martin towers in White Rock has reached a milestone.

The developer announced that the project’s construction cranes have come down and a set of 4,500 kg wave-shaped roof trellises have been added to each building.

Work continues inside the 25-storey buildings, with walls and painting completed up to the 19th floor, and kitchens completed up to the 16th floor in each tower.

“Construction power poles are being removed along Foster and Martin Streets, and new sidewalks, trees and freshly painted pedestrian crossings will be added shortly,” said Ray Chen, president of Landmark Premiere

Properties, in a press release. “The main mechanical and electrical equipment is now in place in each tower and we can begin testing and commissioning later this summer.”

The Foster Martin development includes 340 homes and 880 parking spaces, including 220 public spaces, as well as White Rock Commons, a welcoming outdoor community plaza. Foster Martin homeowners are expected to begin moving in this winter.
