Titan breaks ground on Texas business park
TITAN DEVELOPMENT—Austin-based Titan Development has broken ground on a new building as the start of Phase 2 of its Titan Innovation Business Park project in Hutto, Texas.

AUSTIN, TEXAS—Austin-based Titan Development has broken ground on a new building at a business park in Hutto, Texas.

Building 6 at the Titan Innovation Business Park is a Class A industrial facility spanning 197,621 square feet with a rear load configuration, 32-foot ceiling height, 54 dock-high doors and ESFR sprinklers.

“We’re excited to see this second phase come alive so quickly. As the fifth industrial project funded by our Titan Development Real Estate Fund II, Titan Business Innovation Park at Hutto Industrial Park offers both the perfect location for industrial needs and the big-block space that’s so coveted among high-growth companies,” Titan development vice-president Joe Iannacone said in a statement.

Building 6 is one of the first of six industrial buildings developed in Phase 2 of the Titan Business Innovation Park project which covers 68 acres in addition to the 100 existing acres of Phase 1 of the development.

Hutto is located north of Austin and is near rail lines and the Austin Bergstrom International Airport as well as being accessible via State Highway 130 and the Interstate 35 corridor via U.S. Route 79.

“Industrial properties are feeding a lot of the economic growth across Texas, especially as high-tech manufacturers continue to seek convenient last-mile logistics locations like Hutto. At Titan, we’re helping some of today’s fastest growing companies establish enough footing and remain competitive as the demand for consumer goods and B2B products continues to skyrocket,” Iannacone added.

Building 6 is targeted for completion in late 2022, a Titan release stated.
