BURNABY, B.C. – Bird Construction Inc. has been awarded a contract for construction of Lake City Studios, a 1.3 million square foot film studio in Burnaby, B.C. worth in excess of $200 million.
The studio will incorporate 21 sound stages, production offices, general office space, storage and workshops, an underground parkade as well as site works and landscaping.
