A rendering of Beedie Holdings Ltd.’s original design for the condo at 105 Keefer St., which was rejected by Vancouver City Council in 2017. Beedie made several changes to the design including a height reduction before the application was again rejected by the city’s development permit board in November of the same year, prompting legal action by Beedie which resulted in the Supreme Court of B.C. ordering the city to reconsider the application at the end of 2022.
