Burnaby sues Onni Group alleging new highrise caused sidewalk, road damage

The City of Burnaby is suing Onni Group and other companies involved in the design and construction of Gilmore Place. The suit alleges the methods and materials undertaken in construction have caused land settlement resulting in damage to sidewalks, roads and other infrastructure.
