Tender Description
Demolition, site work and addition to an elderly care / assisted living facility in Bonnyville, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the addition of a 2,235-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade, 47-unit elderly care / assisted living facility.
The project consists of the demolition of the existing 1963 wing, the construction of a new single storey, core area expansion and a new two storey 47-room east wing addition.
The work will also consist of exterior and interior renovations, and fire protection upgrading to the existing single storey, 8-room 2002 wing, exterior recladding of the existing two storey 1988 wing, and the construction of related underground services, site work, new parking areas and landscaping work.
