The Workers Compensation Board – Alberta (WCB) is seeking services of a general contractor for renovations to a 4,800 sq. ft. space as identified on the specifications attached.
The existing space consists of an office area of 1,600 sq.ft and a file room of 3,200 sq.ft.
The new space will comprise of a 22-person training room, on access flooring complete with 2 ramps and a room divider, 2 small 16-person meeting rooms, a large storage room, a small file room, and minor renovations to the office area.
