Tender Description
Renovation of a transportation facility in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Work under this Contract covers renovation and upgrades to Penticton Regional Airport building at Penticton, BC.
Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following items covered further in the Contract documents.
– Hazardous Materials abatement
– Selective Demolition
– New interior construction
– Building additions
Sustainable Requirements:
– Use only environmentally responsible materials/products with no VOC emissions or minimum VOC emissions of indoor off-gassing contaminants for improved indoor air quality subject of Departmental Representatives approved of submitted MSDS Product Data
– Use materials/products containing highest percentage of recycled and recovered materials practicable consistent with maintaining cost effective satisfactory levels of competition
– Adhere to waste reduction requirement for reuse or recycling of waste materials, thus diverting materials from landfill.
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $5,000,000.00 to $5,400,000.00.
